Scrum Master

Overview

Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Scrum Master with Top Secret Security clearance to support Kadiak and our government customer in Vienna, VA.

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as Kanban, Standups and Retrospectives.
• Facilitate discussions between the Government Leads, Tech Leads, Program Manager, Engineers and other stakeholders.
• Identify and remove blockers to team success while resolving conflict.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to keep abreast of task updates and issue resolutions.
• Track JIRA ticket statuses including upcoming, late, and priority tickets.
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters.
• Guide teams in Kanban methodology processes.
• Effectively communicate relevant project information to team members and stakeholders.

• At least two years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master.
• Demonstrated ability to work in an operational environment where priorities change frequently.
• Proven expertise in proactively identifying and resolving blockers, organizing sprint releases, and superior organizational skills.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office tools.

• Top Secret Security clearance.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
