User Experience Designer III (Contractor)
Vienna, VA
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in User Experience (UX) design, User Interface (UI) design, or product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design across complex or enterprise applications
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems (Figma preferred)
- Proven ability to deliver development-ready designs with clear interaction specifications
- Experience collaborating directly with engineering teams in Agile environments
Experience designing internal tools or employee-facing platforms (e.g., call center, operations, or service tools)
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics (Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise platforms)
- Experience modernizing or replacing legacy systems
- Understanding of accessibility standards, including Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries
