Technical Lead/Solutions Architect

BRMi is seeking a Technical Lead/Solutions Architect to support a large financial enterprise client.

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead / Solution Architect to lead the architecture, technical strategy, and implementation of the Cloud Core Release Certification Hub. The Certification Hub is a strategic enterprise platform designed to centralize release impact analysis, test selection, test execution orchestration, test data quality validation, defect management, release readiness scoring, certification evidence, compliance reporting, and executive Go/No-Go decision support across Oracle, Zafin, and NFCU Cloud Core platforms.

This is not a traditional application development role. It is an opportunity to define and build an enterprise-scale quality engineering and release certification platform that combines AI-enabled recommendations, test automation, analytics, governance, traceability, and Dev Sec Ops  best practices.

As the Technical Lead, you will serve as the technical authority for the platform, driving architecture decisions, integration strategies, AI enablement capabilities, data models, governance frameworks, and engineering standards. You will collaborate with Quality Engineering, Release Management, Dev Ops, Product Management, Architecture, Security, Risk, and Audit stakeholders to deliver a scalable, secure, and audit-ready solution.

This is a hands-on senior-level individual contributor role that requires balancing strategic architecture leadership with tactical engineering guidance. The ideal candidate can operate comfortably across application architecture, integrations, AI technologies, analytics platforms, governance controls, and enterprise-scale delivery initiatives.

Hybrid in Vienna, VA, Pensacola, FL, or Winchester, VA 3 days per week. Will consider fully remote for the right candidate in one of these locations that meets eligibility requirements. No third parties.

In person interviews will be required for this role prior to any offer to prevent employment fraud.

Partner with engineering teams to establish implementation patterns, coding standards, API standards, observability requirements, and Dev Sec Ops  practices.

Conduct architecture reviews, design reviews, and technical decision-making sessions across multiple work streams.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, architects, data engineers, AI engineers, and Dev Ops practitioners.

Collaborate with Product Owners, TPMs, QE leaders, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with certification and governance objectives.
