The Senior Technical Product Analyst supports the operation, modernization, and continuous improvement of member-facing Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platforms. This role serves as a connection point between business stakeholders, leadership, engineers, platform support teams, security partners, vendors, and risk partners to clarify requirements, coordinate delivery, and keep work aligned across teams. The analyst translates business and operational needs into technical concepts, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans that support reliable and secure product delivery.
The role supports PI Planning, SDLC and release-management activities, vulnerability and lifecycle-management initiatives, operational readiness, and production-support processes across cloud and on-premises CIAM technologies.
