Technical Targeter​/Strategy

• Evaluate diverse internal and external datasets to uncover key insights and organizational linkages.
• Design and document data-driven targeting strategies and operational methodologies.
• Draft high-quality communication products and reports for leadership and external stakeholders.
• Utilize specialized analytical tools to organize, visualize, and manage technical information.

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph (FSP).
• 8+ years of experience performing technical targeting within a federal intelligence environment.
• Proven background in all-source intelligence analysis and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated experience building actionable targeting plans and operational approaches.

• Hands-on experience with Social Network Analysis (SNA), Tableau, and Analyst's Notebook (or similar analytical software).
• Strong written communication skills for drafting executive-level briefings and interagency reports.
• Prior experience supporting strategic intelligence missions in a mid-level capacity.
