M.C Dean is seeking permanent, direct hire Telecommunications Technicians in the Northern VA area! We invite you to our open hiring event in Sterling, where you can walk out with a contingent offer!

- 1934 Old Gallows Rd Vienna, VA 22182
- There is a large parking lot at the Center, parking is free. Please park anywhere and look for the MC Dean banner inside the Center!
- Wednesday, December 17th, 8am-12pm EST

- Check in with a Talent Coordinator
- Complete (and pass) a math & comprehension assessment (up to 2 hours)
- Complete a hiring manager interview
- Complete your pre-board action items
- Leave with a contingent offer and anticipated start date!
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in related Telecommunications experience specific to the oversight & installation of OSP & ISP Copper, CCTV, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) Fiber Optic & Structured Cabling within diverse construction industries.
- Requires a BICSI certification, at minimum a BICSI Installer 1 for copper certification
· High School Diploma OR GED required. - Must be 18 years of age with reliable transportation daily to & from the appointed jobsite.
- A starting hourly pay of $25/hr.
- 2 weeks of PTO per year + 9 observed holidays
- Benefit eligibility after 60 days of employment
