The General Manager of Pump
24 is responsible for leading all aspects of the club’s daily operations to ensure exceptional service, a motivating fitness environment, and strong business performance. This role drives membership growth and retention, oversees staff development, and ensures Pump
24 maintains its reputation as a clean, safe, and energizing 24-hour fitness club. The GM fosters a culture that reflects Pump
24’s commitment to community, wellness, and continuous improvement.

• Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise front desk sales associates
• While on-site oversee coaches and trainers
• Maintain a high-engagement culture aligned with Pump
  24’s values of service, motivation, and member success
• Conduct coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and ongoing staff training initiatives
• Drive membership growth through effective sales strategies, lead management, and community outreach
• Monitor retention metrics and implement member engagement programs tailored to Pump
  24’s 24/7 model
• Ensure an exceptional experience for all members by addressing concerns swiftly and professionally

• Oversee all day-to-day operations to uphold Pump
  24’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and facility readiness
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal operational policies
• Manage class schedules, personal training offerings, and fitness programming to meet member demand
• Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts, and performance targets, ensuring financial goals are met or exceeded
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and performance KPIs, taking corrective action when needed
• Identify opportunities for new revenue streams, including programs, workshops, or partnerships aligned with Pump
  24’s brand

• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, safe, and available for member use
• Schedule preventive maintenance and coordinate with vendors for repairs or equipment upgrades
• Maintain inventory levels for supplies and operational materials

• Collaborate on or execute local marketing initiatives, promotions, and social media engagement to grow the Pump
  24 brand
• Build connections with local businesses, schools, and community organizations to enhance visibility and drive traffic
• Support in-club events, challenges, and campaigns that strengthen member engagement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Exercise Science, or related field preferred
• 2–3+ years of leadership experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or a related customer-facing industry
• Proven experience in sales leadership, operations management, and staff supervision
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of fitness center operations, membership sales, and training programs
• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets, KPIs, and revenue target
• Maintain a work week of a minimum of 40 hours
• Flexible schedule–including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
• Ability to train PT clients during regularly scheduled shifts with ability to train unlimited clients outside of core business hours and on weekends
• Dynamic, fast-paced 24/7 fitness environment requiring hands‑on involvement in both operational and member‑facing tasks
• In‑person leadership presence is essential to maintain Pump
  24’s high service and operational standards

• Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the studio
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Based on experience
• Monthly and/or quarterly bonus incentives

• Fitness Coach opportunities at $30/class rate
• Ability to take on clients as a Personal Trainer
