The General Manager is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Fairfax, VA, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio. This role manages membership sales and renewals, drives revenue through community outreach and local marketing, and ensures an exceptional member experience from first visit through ongoing engagement. The General Manager leads, schedules, and supports front desk staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, professionalism, and adherence to brand protocols.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring key performance metrics, handling membership inquiries and concerns, and ensuring the studio is clean, safe, and welcoming. The General Manager is also expected to plan events, execute promotional campaigns, and build strong relationships in the local fitness and wellness community.

• Proven experience in fitness, wellness, retail, or hospitality management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales and membership goals.
• Strong leadership abilities, including team coaching, scheduling, performance management, and creating an inclusive, collaborative studio culture.
• Customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage members, resolve concerns, and foster member loyalty.
• Operational and organizational skills like maintaining studio standards and procedures.
• Comfort with technology including member management software, basic spreadsheets, email/online communication tools, and managing social media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the brand professionally in person, over the phone, and online.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and special events as needed.
• Prior experience in boutique fitness or membership-based businesses and familiarity with Pilates or group fitness is highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is a plus.

• Pay Range of $50k-$80k/yr depending on qualifications and experience
• 90% health insurance coverage for the individual
