Marketing Coordinator

Lessard Design, an international architectural and planning firm is seeking a marketing assistant to help support the diversified marketing and communication efforts of the firm. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager to help maintain a proactive marketing and business development campaign. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational and communication skills, an eye for design, and a passion for marketing, graphic design and social media.

Responsibilities include producing new marketing collateral materials as needed, administrative and creative support to marketing including the management of CRM, event planning and team building efforts, visual and written content for the website, social media and email marketing, as well as preserving the integrity of the Lessard Design brand across all media.

• Assist in writing, editing, and production of proposals, brochures, and other marketing collateral materials
• Assist in establishing graphic standards and managing image library content
• Provide support preparing industry award submittal packages
• Provide support to social media efforts including fulfilling social media strategy, track metrics and build member engagement using X, Facebook, Linked In, Instagram, Constant Contact
• Assist in gathering, formatting, and maintain accurate, up-to-date firm marketing information including CRM
• Provide general administrative support to the firm’s marketing and business development
• Event planning and team building efforts for Lessard Design - to include philanthropic and community events
• Establish and track key performance metrics across marketing, digital platforms, and business development efforts, using data-driven insights to refine strategy and improve ROI
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions, cultivating relationships that generate new business opportunities and partnerships

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Experience with present-day social media platforms
• CRM platform management
• Wordpress

SALARY: $50,000 - 60,000 Full time or Part Time at $30.00-$40.00 an hour
