Family Nurse Practitioner​/Physician Assistant - In Home Urgent Care

Temp‑to‑Perm Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider

Seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver high‑quality, in‑home urgent care throughout Northern Virginia. Providers work as part of a mobile clinical team to perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose, and treat a wide range of conditions, and manage patient outcomes across all ages. Care is delivered directly in patients’ homes using point‑of‑care labs, minor procedures, wound care, splinting, suturing, and IV therapies, with a strong focus on care coordination and follow‑up.

A vehicle is provided.

• Conduct in‑home evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment
• Perform minor procedures and therapeutic interventions
• Interpret test results and ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients and families on treatment and health management
• Collaborate with care teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical standards

Full‑time, 4 shifts/week (10‑hour shifts), including every other weekend. 7‑10 patients per shift (1:1 care model).

• Active NP or PA license in Virginia
• 2+ years of experience in ER, urgent care, or internal/family medicine
• Board certification and BLS required (ACLS preferred)
• DEA/prescriptive authority and valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel locally and perform physical job duties (lifting equipment, stairs)
