Caregiver Coordinator (Field-Based)

Position Overview:Virginia Home Care Services, Inc. is seeking a reliable, organized, and hands‑on Caregiver Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure high-quality care delivery. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who is comfortable working both in the office and in the field. The Caregiver Coordinator will play a key role in supporting caregivers, conducting hands‑on training, and maintaining client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and support caregiver schedules and assignments
- Conduct in‑home visits to supervise and support caregivers in the field
- Provide hands‑on training and coaching to caregivers to ensure quality care standards
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new caregivers
- Monitor caregiver performance and address any concerns promptly
- Serve as a point of contact for caregivers and assist with call‑outs or shift coverage
- Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
- Maintain professional communication with clients, families, and staff
- Previous experience in home care, healthcare coordination, or caregiver supervision preferred
- CNA, PCA, or healthcare background strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
- Ability to travel locally to client homes for training and supervision
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities
