Good Company Doughnuts and Café operates two cafés in Arlington—Southwest DC Ballston on N. Glebe Road and at Pentagon City and National Landing at Amazon HQ2. We are a gourmet doughnut shop and casual neighborhood restaurant obsessed with artisan, hand‑cut doughnuts; great food; kraft cocktails; fine teas and specialty coffee! our customers line up on weekends for our extraordinary experience and high‑quality offerings, and we are opening a new location at the Waterfront in DC next year! We are a high‑volume, all‑day café with a fast‑paced kitchen.

Responsibilities
- Assisting chefs in all kitchen operations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
- Ensuring all food is prepared according to recipes and standards.
- Training and supervising kitchen staff.
- Managing food inventory and ordering.
- Maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Developing new recipes and menus.
- Positive, thoughtful and approachable.
- Solid organization, planning, and time management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Drop Box, and the Google Drive Suite.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
- History in casual dining management of at least five years working as a Café or Restaurant Manager.
- Passion for Food and Commitment to Excellence.
- Experience and skill in the field applied for.
- Positive attitude and professional conduct.

- Physical ability to perform tasks.
