Restaurant Sous Chef Responsibilities- Support the leadership of the Executive Chef to ensure our core values are demonstrated each day to provide our guests with an extraordinary dining experience
- Help develop hourly team members and hold them accountable to promote internal growth
- Effectively manage financials
- Understand and adhere to all food preparation standards, plating techniques, and recipes
- Assist the Executive Chef with the back-of-the-house schedule to ensure proper coverage.
Restaurant Sous Chef Qualifications- Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
- Highly motivated to learn and grow with strong attention to detail
- Professional in appearance and conduct
- The ability to speak and understand Spanish is preferred
Restaurant Sous Chef Benefits- Salary of $65 to $85K based on your experience
