Assist customers with transactions across in-store, online, and mobile platforms using a point-of-sale system;
Maintain a clean, clutter-free sales floor and stockrooms and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and ticketed;
Support stock and fulfillment operations including receiving, unloading freight, unpacking, and delivering merchandise to selling departments;
Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality and packing standards;
Provide general store support such as organizing backrooms, markdowns, set up events, and relocating store fixtures
