Responsibilities:In this role you will serve as a liaison between the sales department and the front desk to provide our guests with an unforgettable experience at our hotel in addition to attracting new guests to increase our revenue. You will respond to guest inquiries, contact potential new clients, input group reservations, rooming lists, and assist with every aspect of the group’s experience with the hotel.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales and catering experience in a Hilton brand or luxury hotel establishment
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
  • Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral from
  • Proficient in use of Hilton PEP, Microsoft Word, Delphi, Excel, and Power Point
  • Comprehension of technical application of reservations system
  • Ability to master basic selling techniques

Compensation: $20.00 hourly
