• Experienced Sales Associate
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or government contracting
• Familiarity with SAM.gov and federal procurement processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to conduct professional phone and email outreach confidently
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
• Personable and comfortable engaging with federal stakeholders
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Political Science, Aerospace, or related field (preferred but not required)

• Conduct research on federal opportunities via SAM.gov and other procurement platforms
• Track federal contract vehicles (GSA, IDIQs, BPAs) and assist in maintaining compliance documentation
• Identify and qualify new federal sales opportunities
• Support outreach campaigns to federal program managers and procurement officers
• Prepare capability briefs, white papers, and presentation materials
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Professional demeanor when engaging with federal stakeholders
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information
• Track pipeline development and sales metrics
• Prepare weekly sales activity reports for leadership
• Monitor competitor activity within the federal UAS market
• Assist in RFI/RFP responses and proposal coordination
• Compile technical documentation and pricing inputs
• Maintain proposal calendars and submission deadlines
• Coordinate internally with engineering, operations, and leadership teams
