Position Overview
As a Relationship Manager I within PNC's Business Banking organization, you will be based in Tysons Corner, VA.
Job DescriptionHandles relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue, and market share with relevant sales goals.
Responsibilities- Acquire and expand client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
- Originate, analyze financially, negotiate, and document credit and non‑credit products and services.
- Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients; identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
- Provide insights based on client needs and financial well‑being, increasing engagement and loyalty.
- Build internal and external networks, including community and industry relationships, to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
- Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk using knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal policies.
Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.
