Relationship Manager - Business Banking

Position Overview

As a Relationship Manager I within PNC's Business Banking organization, you will be based in Tysons Corner, VA.

Handles relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue, and market share with relevant sales goals.

• Acquire and expand client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
• Originate, analyze financially, negotiate, and document credit and non‑credit products and services.
• Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients; identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Provide insights based on client needs and financial well‑being, increasing engagement and loyalty.
• Build internal and external networks, including community and industry relationships, to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
• Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk using knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal policies.

Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
