As an Inside Sales Support Specialist at Signarama, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them bring their signage visions to life while supporting our internal marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries in person and over the phone, provide expert recommendations and accurate estimates, and guide them through the order process. - Sales Support:
Process work orders with precision, secure necessary down payments, and finalize payments upon project completion. - Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with both vendors for sourcing and the production team to ensure clarity and quality in all orders. - Operational Support:
Assist with production operations from time to time. Ensure all administrative tasks like reporting and invoicing are handled efficiently, and maintain a clean and professional store appearance.

- Strong proficiency in computer operations, including Microsoft 365 and POS systems.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
