• Generate retail sales by leveraging your passion for cutting‑edge technology and exceptional customer service.

• Close sales by communicating clearly and meeting customer needs with simple, intuitive tech solutions.

• Expand your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers interested in our products and services.
• Engage with the community outside the store to grow your loyal customer base, including participation in off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events.

Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus up to $18,000 per year in commissions for meeting sales goals. Top performers can earn additional commissions, potentially reaching total annual earnings of $65,000 to $75,500. Compensation varies by geography, hours worked, and performance.

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience (work or military experience)
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; schedule set four weeks in advance
• Openness to additional shifts for extra income, especially during peak periods such as summer, November to December, and vacation periods
• Experience in a commission‑based environment (preferred)
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating solutions to customers (preferred)
• Customer service experience (preferred)
