Job Description
Weight Not is seeking professional, energetic Appointment Setters/Membership Coordinators to support its rapid growth. The position will be based in Weight Not’s Tyson’s Corner headquarters office.
OverviewWeight Not receives thousands of sales inquiries each month from current and prospective clients. The Appointment Setters/Membership Coordinators at Weight Not support our sales teams by conducting follow‑up on these inquiries and setting appointments for phone and in‑person sales consultations.
There is no “cold calling” involved! Appointment Setters/Membership Coordinators spend the majority of their time communicating by phone and email, so excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. A sales, telemarketing and appointment‑setting background is a big plus since goal orientation, diligence and organization skills are keys to the success of this position. Experience with retail sales/service or front desk position in operations (such as health club or medical office) is helpful.

Responsibilities and Projects- Call and email current and prospective clients in response to inquiries or requests for information on the Weight Not program.
- Provide information to prospective clients and set up sales consultations for sales team members.
- Manage portfolio of inquiries and conduct systematic follow‑up to maximize contact rate.
- Conduct phone consultations with clients interested in the Weight Not program.
- Educate clients on the Weight Not program.
- Transfer client leads to the Membership Advisor team.
- Other projects and duties as required.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Highly presentable and professional with a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and energetic.
- Reliable with a high degree of integrity and dedication.
- Telemarketing and/or appointment setting experience a big plus.
