Omari Construction isn't looking for another trainer. We're looking for someone to build the entire sales development engine. As our Sales Training & Development Manager, you'll own everything from onboarding new hires to developing future sales leaders. You'll create the systems, curriculum, coaching, certifications, and accountability that help our sales team ramp faster, stay longer, and perform at a higher level.

- Create complete onboarding curriculum
- Develop sales playbooks
- Build training manuals
- Create certification programs
- Design role-play exercises
- Produce coaching guides
- Build a video training library
- Create performance scorecards
- Develop testing and assessments
Guide every new sales representative through:
- Two-week coaching sessions
- 30, 60 & 90-day reviews
- Individual development plans
- Skills coaching
- CRM accountability
- Performance tracking
- Retention initiatives
Facilitate engaging training covering:
- Roofing & exterior products
- Insurance restoration
- Sales presentations
- Objection handling
- Customer communication
- Negotiation
- Closing techniques
- Territory management
- CRM best practices
Develop realistic role‑playing exercises that prepare sales reps for real customer conversations.
Measure What MattersTrack and improve:
- Time to first sale
- Close rates
- CRM compliance
- Certification completion
- 30, 60 & 90-day retention
- Revenue per representative
- Training effectiveness
Provide leadership with monthly reporting and recommendations.
What We're Looking For- Experience developing and delivering sales training programs
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Experience building structured onboarding programs
- Experience creating training materials and documentation
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Comfortable using CRM platforms and performance data
- Home improvement, roofing, restoration, construction, or in‑home sales experience strongly preferred
