- This job is an inside sales role at office, with no remote, hybrid setup or travel.
This is a mid-market inside sales closer role responsible for managing inbound leads through the sales pipeline. Compensation includes a base salary (based on experience) plus commission on closed sales along with incentives like with SPIFs, attractive accelerators and no cliff.
- Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer engagement to exceed assigned sales targets
- You would be spending most of your time in closing since we generate almost 100% inbound leads through intent driven marketing automation
- Track activity in Hub Spot CRM, and leverage leading-edge marketing and sales automation products to engage in high-velocity SaaS sales
- Lead discovery, product demos, pricing and follow-up calls handling objections and selling value proposition and product-problem fit
- You would be expected to close 20 to 30 deals a year to meet your quota
- Own and understand the customers' needs on business and technical level to be a trusted advisor solving customer's problems
- Own and manage sales excellence in inbound lead closure, forecasting, pipeline development, and CRM opportunity management
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize probability within target opportunities while driving relationships and credibility with key decision-makers
- Laser focus on sales targets with a drive to overachieve
- 3+ years of relevant sales and business development experience in software selling
- A bachelor’s degree in science or humanities
- Tech-savvy and naturally fluent and comfortable with technology- we are a leading-edge tech company
- Familiarity with and ability to work on Hub Spot, MS Office, contact databases like Zoom Info, Linked In Navigator, and related sales tools and technologies
- Ability to present value proposition through demo, narrative, storytelling and be able to create power point presentations specific to customer needs
- Understanding of sales processes and methodologies and the ability to qualify buyer interest and identify target customers
- Strong English language skills in verbal and written communication to be a concise and coherent storyteller

Compensation: OTE range of $130k - $170k with 50:50 salary and commissions split, SPIFs, accelerators with no cliff, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO and disability
