Learning Rx Tysons is hiring a Sales & Office Coordinator (Director of First Impressions). This is a high-impact, entry-level role where you’ll develop real-world skills in client engagement, lead conversion, CRM management, and small business operations

• Experience in sales funnel management and lead conversion
• Exposure to marketing, outreach, and community events
• Hands-on use of CRM systems and client communication tools
• Direct mentorship and visibility into business growth strategy

• Respond to inbound leads and schedule consultations
• Follow up with prospects to drive conversions
• Track and manage leads in CRM system
• Support onboarding, scheduling, and client communications
• Assist with social media, marketing, and outreach initiatives
• Maintain an organized and professional office environment

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy (CRM systems, social media, Microsoft Office, AI tools a plus)
• Self-starter with a positive, growth-oriented mindset

• Monday–Thursday: 3:30pm–7:30pm
• Friday: 3pm–7pm
• Saturday: 9am–1pm, occasionally
