Sales Support

Architectural Ceramics Inc. (Architessa) seeks a Sales Support professional to assist our sales team in delivering exceptional tile and stone solutions to residential and commercial clients. In this role, you'll manage quotes, order entry, and customer follow-up, coordinate samples and proposals, and maintain accurate project information. You'll collaborate daily with sales, design, and operations teams, help prepare showroom presentations, and ensure timely order tracking and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team with quotes, order entry, and customer follow-up for tile and stone projects
• Respond to phone and email inquiries from residential and commercial clients
• Prepare and update proposals, sample requests, and project documentation
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to track orders and delivery timelines
• Maintain accurate customer and project information in CRM and internal systems
• Assist with showroom presentations, product information, and design support coordination
• Research product options, pricing, and availability to support client solutions
• Collaborate with sales, design, and operations to ensure a smooth client experience
