Pay Rate: $40.00/Hr

We are seeking an experienced Master Mechanical / HVAC Technician to lead and oversee mechanical operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration systems, with a minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience. This role requires technical expertise in maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics of various mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with local and state codes.

You will be responsible for managing mechanical workflows, ensuring system reliability, and providing technical guidance to team members. The position is onsite in Vienna, VA, with a preference for candidates residing within 45 minutes of the location to effectively manage emergency repairs and routine maintenance. This is a contract opportunity suitable for qualified professionals who excel in mechanical systems management and operations leadership.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience with VA HVAC Journeyman or Master License
• Strong technical skills in mechanical system maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics (HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration)
• Thorough knowledge of local and state mechanical codes and regulations
