Remington Construction, a growing industry leader with more than 16 years of experience in construction and building services, is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join its team in Vienna, Virginia.

• At least 5 years of commercial HVAC experience

• Experience with VRF and RTUservice

• Valid driver’s license and personal work vehicle(gas mile reimbursement will be provided by the company)

• Work on Projects That Keep Things Moving:Service andmaintaincritical HVAC systems across commercial, institutional, medical, educational, and multi-family properties.

• Install, inspect,maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems and related equipment.

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control-system issues accurately and efficiently.

• Perform preventive maintenance according to established schedules and manufacturer specifications.

• Test system performance and make adjustments to improve reliability, efficiency, and occupant comfort.

• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and equipment specifications.

• Complete service reports, maintenance records, work orders, and material documentation accurately.

• Communicate findings, repair recommendations, and service updates clearly to customers and project supervisors.

• Coordinate with project managers, technicians, subcontractors, and other trades to complete work safely and on schedule.

• Follow OSHA requirements, company safety procedures, building codes, and environmental regulations.
