• Lead and supervise HVAC installation crews on commercial construction projects.

• Coordinate daily jobsite activities, assign work, and ensure installation milestones are completed safely and on schedule.

• Install and oversee the installation of HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, controls, and related mechanical systems.

• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, specifications, submittals, and project schedules.

• Verify that all work meets project requirements, manufacturer specifications, applicable codes, and company quality standards.

• Inspect completed work, identify installation issues, and guide the crew through effective solutions.

• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and other trades.

• Track labor, materials, equipment, and job progress while communicating updates and potential delays to project leadership.

• Assist with system start-up, testing, commissioning, punch-list completion, and project closeout.

• Train, mentor, and provide hands-on technical guidance to installers and apprentices.

• Maintainaccuratedaily reports, time records, material documentation, and installation records.
