Senior Java Full Stack Developer/GCP (Hybrid)

As a Full Stack Developer you will be instrumental in designing developing and optimizing software solutions that drive business success. With a focus on GCP SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and mySQL you will contribute to innovative projects in a hybrid work model. Your expertise will enhance our technological capabilities ensuring seamless operations and impactful results.

• Develop and implement high-quality software solutions using Java Spring Boot and JavaScript to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize applications that leverage GCP for cloud-based solutions.
• Utilize SQL and mySQL to manage and analyze data efficiently ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Provide technical expertise in software development ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations.
• Participate in code reviews offering constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes fostering innovation and efficiency.
• Engage in the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Mentor junior developers sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends integrating relevant advancements into projects.
• Ensure software solutions are scalable secure and aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Drive the adoption of agile methodologies promoting flexibility and responsiveness in project execution.

The annual salary for this position is between $55K – $120K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
