The ideal candidate has experience leading software engineering teams in fast‑paced environments and a strong background in distributed systems, infrastructure, developer tooling, or large‑scale backend platforms. Experience with C++, Rust, Go, Java, or Python is highly relevant, along with a proven track record of building high‑performing engineering teams.
