Front Desk Receptionist PRN

Job Description

InMotion Physical Therapy is seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist (PRN) to provide front office support on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with patients, managing administrative tasks, and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
• Create and manage new patient accounts
• Schedule appointments for new and existing patients
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Collect patient payments and accurately track charges
• Verify and update patient information
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Experience with office management software and computerized systems preferred
• Previous medical office, physical therapy, or receptionist experience preferred

PRN / As Needed

Flexible hours based on clinic needs and staff coverage

Availability during weekday business hours preferred (M-F 8:00am-6:00pm)
