- Visit customer sites for inspection and troubleshooting of solar systems.
- Diagnose inverter, battery, and solar panel issues.
- Handle breakdown complaints and provide corrective actions.
- Support commissioning and testing activities.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Assist customers and technicians remotely via phone/video support.
- Monitor inverter and plant performance through online portals.
- Analyze fault codes and generation issues.
- Coordinate with OEM/service teams for issue escalation.
- Verify installation quality and electrical safety standards.
- Check DC/AC wiring, earthing, SPD, and cable dressing.
- Ensure proper commissioning procedures are followed.
- Prepare service reports and maintenance records.
- Maintain complaint closure reports and site visit logs.
- Share daily/weekly service updates with management.
- Record inverter faults, replacements, and corrective actions.
- Communicate with customers professionally regarding service status.
- Ensure timely complaint resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Train customers on basic system operation and monitoring apps.
- Basic knowledge of:
- Solar PV systems
- Solar inverters
- AC/DC electrical systems
- Earthing and protection systems
- Understanding of troubleshooting procedures.
- Familiarity with testing tools:
- Multimeter
- Clamp meter
- Megger
- Good communication skills
- Problem‑solving ability
- Field coordination skills
- Customer handling capability
- Willingness to travel
- Experience in rooftop solar projects
- Knowledge of hybrid/on-grid systems
- Familiarity with remote monitoring platforms
- Understanding of safety standards and PPE usage
- Field-based role with frequent travel.
- Work may involve rooftop access and outdoor activities.
