The West Virginia Office of Environmental Health Services is seeking a Technical Analyst Trainee for statewide field assignment. You will implement the EPA Safe Drinking Water Act across districts, conduct sanitary surveys, review permits, and provide technical assistance to water systems and operators.
The role requires 24/7 on-call readiness, a valid driver’s license, and a background in civil/chemical/mechanical or related engineering. This is a field-based position across all counties in WV.
