Job Description

Seasonal role at The Greenbrier Hotel in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, United States. Pay: $12.51 plus service charge and/or gratuity. Position:
Bowling Lanes Attendant in the Sports & Recreation Department. Normal working hours:
Day and evening shifts – 11:00 am-11:00 pm.

• Providing customer service – Food/Beverage – serving alcohol
• Basic mechanic skills for troubleshooting of bowling machines
• Computer skills preferred – AMF Bowling System and Point of Sales system
• Natural ability to anticipate guests’ needs
• Daily records

• Daily and weekly cleaning duties of lanes, machines and work area
• Daily preparation work for guest's service
• Providing guests' assistance with bowling monitors, bowling balls, lanes, video games

• Food/Beverage experience preferred
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Excellent grammar and verbal skills
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Maturity and self assurance
• Ability to follow written procedures and guidelines
• Daily record keeping and inventory
• Structured supervision provided; ability to make mature decisions
• Flexibility to work varied schedules that are adjusted daily
• Heavy and light cleaning
