We are looking for a qualified Vice President of Finance to join our team in our new Vienna, Virginia office. Salary $210k - $230k, hybrid schedule 3 days/week onsite
EOE, including Veterans/Disability Essential Functions Financial Leadership and Growth Support- Serve as a trusted business partner to the CEO and executive leadership team and participate in the development of corporate strategy
- Translate approved strategic priorities into financial, operational, and resource plans
- Develop and recommend the financial strategy required to support the company’s growth from approximately $30 million to $100 million in annual revenue
- Provide timely, clear, and decision-oriented analysis of financial performance, trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare financial evaluations and recommendations for major bids, partnerships, joint ventures, capital investments, make-or-buy decisions, and other strategic initiatives
- Support long-range planning, annual operating plans, and periodic forecasts in alignment with Rheinmetall reporting and governance requirements
- Build and lead a scalable FP&A capability with driver-based planning, rolling forecasts, cash forecasting, and scenario modeling
