Service Now is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel, Public Sector to support SaaS agreements and government contracting for Federal, State, and Local customers. The role reports to the US Public Sector lead counsel and offers flexibility on location with preference for DC/MD/VA area.
You will negotiate and draft agreements, collaborate across departments, and help evolve standard forms and processes while serving as a trusted advisor to internal clients.
