Dialysis Nurse (RN)DaVita is hiring a Dialysis Nurse (RN) to give life in the greater Vienna, WV area at our Grand Central Dialysis. Paid Training Provided!

Key Responsibilities- At least 1 year of clinical experience as a licensed RN
- Schedule:
Currently Mon–Sat 5:00am – 7:00pm (every other Saturday) - This clinic has 18 chairs, Fresenius 2008T machines, and schedules 2 RNs and 4 PCTs per shift
- Compensation increases as you complete different levels of training and take on more responsibility
- Teamwork, leadership, time management, communication, critical thinking skills required
- 30%:
Supervises and performs direct patient care including vital signs, dialysis initiation/termination, documentation, physical assessment, transcription of physician’s orders, drawing and documenting ordered laboratory work - 20%:
Provides dialysis therapy including formulation of dialysis plan per physician orders, ultrafiltration rates, safety measures, medication administration, discontinuation of dialysis, and documentation - 20%:
Analyzes patient assessments, laboratory data, identifies concerns, communicates emergencies or complications to supervisor, medical director, etc. - 15%:
Assesses patient/family learning readiness, provides education on renal disease and treatment, participates in developing short‑and long‑term care plans and monthly progress notes

- Paid training may take place in a facility or training clinic other than your assigned home clinic
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from accredited school required;
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or three-year diploma from accredited program may be substituted - At least 1 year of experience working as a licensed nurse in a clinical setting
- Experience in ICU, critical care, ER, or medical-surgical units helpful but not required
- Certification as Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Dialysis Nurse (CDN) a plus
- Employment contingent upon passing a drug screen and background check
