- Supervision of all passengers
- Make daily run report of any deviation to proper authorities
- Comply with WV School Transportation Regulations and Monroe County School Transportation Policy
- Report any accident, incident, breakdowns or disciplinary problems promptly and complete required forms
- Maintain positive work habits and perform duties efficiently and productively
- Maintain and/or upgrade driving and safety skills
- Must hold bus operator licensure including a valid First Aid Card, CPR Card, and qualification for the B Part of the Commercial Driver's License
- Pass required graduate or GED equivalent
- Physically fit according to WV School Transportation Regulations
- Satisfactory driving record with the WV Dept. of Safety and meet all qualifications set forth in WV School Transportation Regulations
- Must be 21 years of age with at least three years of driving experience
- Base Salary of $27,560
- Salary based on experience and education level per Monroe County BOE salary schedule plus competitive benefits package equal to approximately 35% of direct compensation
