** Responsibilities for Corporate Accountant*
* ** include but are not limited to:*
* · Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
· Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
· Performing account reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of financial data.
· Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes.
· Supporting the annual audit process by providing documentation and explanations for financial transactions.
· Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
· Preparing journal entries and maintaining general ledger accounts.
· Analyzing financial data and preparing ad-hoc reports as needed.
· Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
· Collaborating with other departments to support financial planning and analysis efforts.
** Candidates for Corporate Accountant*
* ** must meet the following requirements to be considered:*
* · Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent(CPA preferred).
· 2-4 years of related experience at large public company or auditing large public companies.
· Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Accounting theory, principles, practices and regulations including FASB/GAAP and SOX compliance.
· Demonstrated ability to document a broad range of issues in work papers, disclosures and memos.
· Strong analytical skills in evaluating data and the ability to exercise judgment in a variety of areas.
· Demonstrated successful use of technology to improve process efficiency.
· Effective teambuilding and leaderships skills.
· Demonstrated project management skills.
· Commitment to highest standards of quality and integrity.
· Exude a high degree of professionalism and treats others with respect.

This Corporate Accountant position is fully Remote. This role may require flexibility in work hours, including occasional extended hours to support operational demands.

** Pay Details:** $53.24 to $53.00 per hour
