Overview
Grayson has partnered with a large established company in the western suburbs looking for a motivated 3-4 year tax professional out of public looking to step into a Senior Tax Accountant role.
This person must possess consolidated tax return experience.

- Extremely low turnover within the tax team
- Leadership that provides autonomy and trusts employees to own their work
- Preparing and supporting federal and state income tax filings
- Managing consolidated tax return processes
- Supporting tax provision activities
- Partnering with accounting and finance teams on corporate tax initiatives
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
- Assisting with various tax research and compliance projects
You’ll be joining a team where your contributions are visible, your ideas are valued, and you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact without being micromanaged. The manager is very hands-off and gives the team the trust and flexibility to succeed.
