Senior Internal Accountant

Senior Accountant to support our growing operations. This role is deeply involved in the day-to-day financial operations of our family business and offers meaningful responsibility with clear opportunity for future growth.

• Lead and execute the monthly financial statement close process for 3+ related entities
• Perform hands‑on accounting duties across Accounts Receivable (A/R), Accounts Payable (A/P), and General Ledger (G/L)
• Support the day‑to‑day financial and operational needs of the family business
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely, high‑quality financial reporting
• Collaborate effectively across multiple company locations
• Contribute to process improvements and cross‑training within the accounting team

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• Minimum of 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Demonstrated cross‑training and hands‑on experience in A/R, A/P, and G/L
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a multi‑entity, multi‑location environment
• Experience supporting the operational needs of a family‑owned business is highly desirable
