Job Title
Help with administrative functions that come with administrating programs. Recent college grads will work. Help review, approve and process invoices across 2 different energy efficiency programs. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, being able to validate invoice amount and reviewing backup documentation, following up with vendors if invoices are received late or not received ong communication skills. Help coordinate meetings (both internal and external).
Respond to data requests. Help prepare financial deliverables, update accrual template. Possibly help analyze some call center metrics and KPIs. Ad hoc requests that may come up. The financial activities don’t require finance or accounting background, just someone who has ability to do some basic math, basic understanding of accounting. Prior experience in administrative role would work. Bachelors degree preferred or open to experience in lieu of degree.
Will provide training. Hybrid position, 2x per week in office. Wednesday in office day, other day is flexible.
