Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Project Manager to support the successful execution of New Business Projects. This role is ideal for professionals with 1–5 years of project coordination or project management experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Assist in project planning, tracking schedules, managing documentation, monitoring budgets, coordinating project activities, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within scope.
Key Responsibilities- Support project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting activities.
- Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and Power BI.
- Coordinate meetings, document meeting minutes, and follow up on assigned action items.
- Maintain project documentation using SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft Office.
- Assist with contract administration, invoice reconciliation, and budget tracking.
- Analyze project data and prepare reports to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Identify project risks, issues, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ensure timely communication across project teams while maintaining high-quality
documentation.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Construction Management, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
- 1–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
