Guest Service Representative

Location: Carol Stream, IL
Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available
Pay: $15-$16 per hour + commission (earning potential of $20+ per hour)

As a Guest Service Representative, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for every customer who visits our wash. You'll answer questions, recommend services, promote our Unlimited Wash Club, and help ensure our facility operates safely and efficiently.

• Welcome guests with a positive, professional attitude
• Educate customers on wash packages, promotions, and membership options
• Recommend services that best fit each customer's needs
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Wash Club
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Direct vehicles safely into the wash entrance
• Monitor equipment and assist with daily operations
• Keep the property clean, organized, and ready for customers
• Assist teammates wherever needed to maintain smooth operations
• Resolve customer concerns with patience and professionalism

• Enjoy talking with customers and building positive relationships
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Are dependable, motivated, and eager to learn
• Can work both independently and as part of a team
• Are comfortable working outdoors and staying active throughout their shift
• Can lift, bend, walk, and stand for extended periods
• Are available to work weekends and holidays when scheduled

Sales, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus—but not required. We provide all the training you'll need to succeed.
