Exelon is seeking a Senior Engineer to drive critical grid modernization and clean energy initiatives for the nation's largest utility. In this role, you will design and analyze transmission and distribution solutions that enhance reliability, resiliency, and sustainability across our service areas. You'll collaborate with operations, planning, and IT teams to deliver safe, compliant, and innovative projects, from advanced metering and automation to renewable and distributed energy integration.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain grid and energy systems to support reliability and clean energy goals
- Lead engineering analysis and modeling for grid modernization and distributed energy integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, compliant, and cost-effective solutions
- Support project planning, requirements, and technical documentation for utility infrastructure projects
- Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and industry standards in all engineering work
- Identify and implement innovations to improve system performance, resiliency, and sustainability
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and review of work products for junior engineers
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions
