We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Senior to join our dynamic tax team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing and reviewing tax returns for a diverse client base, including high net worth individuals and various business entities. This position aims to ensure compliance with tax regulations while providing excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for partnerships, C-Corporations, and S-Corporations.
• Assist in the preparation of individual tax returns for high net worth individuals (HNWI).
• Research tax issues and provide guidance on tax compliance and planning strategies.
• Identify tax-saving opportunities for clients and develop effective tax strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tax filings.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and address any inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on taxation.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations relevant to partnerships, C-Corps, S-Corps, and individual returns.
• Experience working with high net worth individuals is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
