Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice - $70K-85K per year

Job Description & Requirements

Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice for a nursing position in Villa Park, Illinois. The RN will support patients in Elmhurst, IL and surrounding areas, collaborating with the care team to manage and deliver patient care plans.

Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse license in the state where you will work
  • Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Minimum two years of RN experience, hospice experience preferred
  • Current driver’s license and ability to travel roughly 20% of your day to patient locations
  • Commitment to consistently meet critical charting deadlines
  • Proficient in self‑management of time and schedule
  • Experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
  • Proficiency in Russian or Spanish is a plus
Compensation
  • $10,000 first‑year success bonus for key achievements
  • Low end salary plus bonus and shift work compensation potential varies by market
  • High end salary includes productivity bonuses and premium pay for after‑hours, weekends, and on‑call shifts
