Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our private practice setting . Bilingual in Spanish ,Malayalam , English , Gujarati preferred .

If New graduate , can apply will train and orient the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive health assessments
- Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses
- Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
- Provide immunizations family planning services, and well-child check-ups
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care

Skills:

- Proficiency in ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation
- Ability to phlebotomize , injections

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem, Per day 8hr shifts ($300-350),4 hour shifts also available
