Responsibilities- Customer Engagement:
Welcome customers and inspire them to explore their musical passions. - Sales and Revenue Generation:
Achieve and exceed sales targets with upsell and cross‑sell expertise. - Product Knowledge:
Maintain expert‑level knowledge of guitars, recording equipment, and accessories. - Customer Relationship Building:
Grow and maintain strong relationships with customers and fellow associates. - Merchandising and Store Maintenance:
Keep the store organized, stocked, and visually appealing. - Store Support and Operations:
Mentor teammates, support customer interactions, and open/close the store as needed.
