SummaryAs a Trek Service Technician/Advisor, no one day is the same as the last. This job is all about caring for bikes so their owners love riding them.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot repairs and service all kinds of bikes on the spot
- Install the accessories customers select for their new bike
- Have hands on brand new models before they hit the sales floor
- Build relationships with customers who trust you to keep their gear running
- Serve as the face of the department when the Service Manager is not available
- Evaluate issues and recommend repairs to customers
- Self‑motivation, a positive, team‑focused mentality, and willingness to pitch in on any task
- Fantastic hospitality – warm, approachable manner, great listening skills, and drive to help even on the toughest, busiest days
- Top‑notch communication skills
- Attention to detail and love for tinkering until you figure it out
- Eagerness to learn the ins and outs of servicing bicycles
- Desire to continually learn proper service methods and new technologies
- Excellent customer service skills; willingness to learn and problem‑solving ability
Hourly Rate $21.00 - $23.00
