Overview

Full-Time Retail Sales – Immediate Hire – First Sale Bonus – Paid Training. On behalf of our client, NRG, we are looking for Retail Sales Associates with enthusiastic personalities.

Responsibilities
  • Work within your local retailer.
  • Engage with consumers about NRG electricity and gas.
  • Help customers lower their energy costs.
  • Uncover customer desires and overcome objections.
  • Foster professional relationships with customers and employees.
  • Welcome customers and politely offer solutions.
  • Collaborate with team to accomplish goals and celebrate success.
  • Interact in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
  • Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees.
  • Meet or exceed personal sales goals monthly.
  • Direct customers to displays; assess needs and suggest products.
  • Advise customers by providing product and service information.
  • Build customer confidence to help selections.
  • Accurately document and report sales.
  • Contribute to team effort by achieving related results.
  • Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
  • Keep workstation/kiosk clean, organized, functional, and presentable.
  • Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
Performance Measures
  • Regular and prompt attendance.
  • Meeting established monthly/weekly sales quotas/goals.
  • Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and complaints.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
Compensation & Benefits

Average weekly earnings $800–$1,000 + first sale bonus, base plus uncapped commission, daily pay on-demand, next‑day pay through Daily Pay, base raise every 6 months, early release incentives, health benefits, paid time off, 401(k) with company match.
